Summary

Position Overview: As a fiduciary, FTA has proudly guided thousands of clients nationwide in planning and achieving the retirement they deserve. We seek a dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This role is integral to supporting our financial advisors in guiding clients through some of their most critical financial decisions and continually optimizing their assets to meet unique goals. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, capable of managing various tasks to ensure client satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service while maintaining client accounts.
  • Prepare necessary documents and applications for client accounts.
  • Assist clients with transactions and inquiries pertaining to their accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data management for daily operations.
  • Communicate with clients to schedule and confirm appointments and seminars/classes.
  • Support advisors in the execution of educational events.
  • Prepare key financial plan elements under the guidance of a Financial Advisor.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the office.


Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in client service, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Experience in mortgage processing or financial services is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A personable, competent, proactive, and client-focused attitude that puts clients at ease and establishes you as a true professional.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of client account management and related documentation.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.


Position Details:

  • Full-time position.
  • Primarily an office environment with several customer educational classroom events each month.
