Feinberg Stein Financial Services an established boutique wealth management fiduciary advisory business which serves ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, non-profit organizations, businesses, and institutional clients. We leverage decades of historic financial experience and bring institutional capabilities to provide investment, advisory, and financial services to our clients.

We are looking for a Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our clients, and support Private Wealth Advisor(s) daily. Through regular interactions with clients, individuals in this role build trusted relationships. Leading with a client first mindset, you will have strong interpersonal skills and can assist clients with their everyday needs.

This is a part-time non-exempt position working approximately 20 hours per week. The pay range is $22.50-$27.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience. You will report to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct support to Wealth Advisors, managing the calendar, preparing for client meetings
• Service Client Accounts: Opening/closing accounts, client reporting, and timely response to client inquiries
• Communicate with clients regarding transactions, such as asset transfers and account opening procedures
• Maintain a CRM database with accurate and up-to-date client information
• Help run client presentations and communications
• Manage Hightower Compliance procedures
• Interface with Pershing, Fidelity, and Schwab regarding client accounts and activity
• Demonstrate initiative, a commitment to learning, and the ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of financial planning and advisory landscape and experience with Fidelity, Pershing, and Schwab custodian platforms
• Familiarity with Morningstar and Black Diamond
• Open to learning Hightower internal systems to facilitate blog posts, mass-releases, and other compliance requirements
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Work well both independently and within a team.
• Work and handle multiple tasks to ensure that client requests are completed in a timely manner
• Ability to think critically to anticipate and prevent issues
  
  
  

Education and Licenses:

• High School Diploma/Equivalency
• College-degree preferred
• Industry experience is a plus
• Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) Preferred
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
