Summary

Client Service Associate

Location: Hybrid in Boston (3 days/week in-office)

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 base + 25% performance bonus


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our client's North America Client Service team. In this role, you’ll support Relationship Managers in delivering a best-in-class experience to institutional clients by coordinating client engagements, managing account data, and supporting communications across internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Relationship Managers with client servicing and engagement
  • Maintain and update client information and assist with account activity
  • Coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, and document key takeaways
  • Communicate across departments (Compliance, Operations, etc.) and with clients
  • Tailor responses and follow-up based on client-specific needs
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and assist with proposal development


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; strong academic track record
  • 3–6 years’ experience in investment management, financial services, or operations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to see deliverables through to completion
  • Independent judgment and collaborative mindset
