Client Relationship Manager (Wealth Management)

Position Overview:

The Client Relationship Manager plays a key role in supporting high-value client engagements and ensuring a seamless experience across service channels. This role involves direct client interaction, operations oversight, and coordination with internal teams to manage complex account structures.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proactive and responsive support to a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Handle inquiries, service requests, and transaction instructions with accuracy and urgency.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal relationship and operations teams to deliver a unified service experience.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new clients, maintaining accurate records across various account types.
  • Monitor and manage client account alerts, escalating as needed for timely resolution.
  • Stay aligned with compliance standards and internal controls tied to regulated account practices.
  • Coordinate with outside professionals (legal, tax, etc.) as needed to support client objectives and uncover potential service opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Solid understanding of financial account structures and investment products (e.g., equities, fixed income).
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other financial systems or CRM tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in sensitive or complex client situations.
  • Self-driven and collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline—or commensurate professional experience.
  • At least four (4+) years in a client service, operations, or relationship management role within the financial services sector.
