About Us:

Sky Advanced Solutions is a pharmacy consulting firm that specializes in onsite 340B pharmacy management programs for tribes.  In a unique collaboration with Maxor National Pharmacy Services, we’ve developed customized in-house 340B pharmacy management solutions that cater to the needs of self governed (638) tribes with existing pharmacies or those seeking to establish one for the first time. Our solutions help tribes optimize their pharmacy operations through real time better of 340B and Prime Vendor discount purchasing, full access and dispensing of specialty medications, and coordination for all aspects of 340B program compliance. 


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Client Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with new business, lead project management for new clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients.  This position requires project management, vendor coordination, and administrative skills. Some prospect outreach, marketing, and client communication is also required to help grow and maintain our customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management  

  • Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of client projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.  
  •  Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and communication plans for each client.    
  •  Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring all 340B program compliance and performance goals are met.   
  •  Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify new opportunities for engagement or additional services.


2. Sales & Marketing Coordination    

  • Assist with initial discovery calls and meetings with prospects to understand their requirements and position appropriate 340B solutions.    
  • Understand the needs and pain points of potential clients in the 340B space, positioning the company’s services to address those needs. 
  • Assist in the development of proposals and presentations tailored to prospective client needs.
  •  Support the closing process by negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients.  
  • Tracking activities, pipeline status, and client projects underway. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred). 
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or project management (preferably in a healthcare, pharmacy, or consulting setting). 
  • Familiarity with the 340B program and pharmacy consulting services is strongly preferred. 
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple vendors and managing projects to successful completion. 
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. 
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.


Travel: 

  • 15-20% of the time to attend in person client meetings and tribal conferences.  Strong knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
