Job Responsibilities

  • Arrange and conduct the Customer Policy Annual Review, following up requests from customers and internal departments to ensure quality and efficient service deliverables;
  • Take ownership of the requests / queries; that includes handholding of cases / coordinating / making decisions where necessary;
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with all key stakeholders (the respective Consultants as well as bankers and clients) and proactively plan and organize activities to strengthen relationship with bankers;
  • Continue to cultivate existing business relationships with clients or other outside entities;
  • Create methods to obtain new clients and take initiative to bring potential clients into the fold;
  • Deal with general and technical queries through telephone calls and emails received;
  • Ensure information provided is update, accurate and aligns with the proposition and services available (both proactively and reactively);
  • Demonstrate effective teamwork in own team and across the business;
  • Provide contingency supports to Policy Administration Team where necessary, including but not limit to the preparation of policy review materials


Job Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably with professional insurance qualifications;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in customer service, industry knowledge is a plus;
  • Ability to multi-task, strong organizational and problem solving skills;
  • Accountable & taking ownership;
  • Persistence, enthusiastic to learn new skills and have a can-do attitude;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese typing (both traditional and simplified)
