Remuneration: $85,000 USD + commission

About the role...

You will manage an existing customer base and facilitate growth plans in line with the targets and goals set. You will do this with our Australian/NZ firms, enabling their growth through an offering of diversified solutions. You will be accountable for the protection and growth of share customer wallet, delivering positive expansion of recognized net retained revenue. This role will be provided ample training however is also highly autonomous with the need to be able to provide proactive solutions.


Growth

  • Relationship based selling: develop a relationship with the client where you can regularly stay in contact and provide an update on market conditions and new offerings.
  • Upselling products/services through every interaction with new or existing Business Services customers. Explore the vertical divisions with the clients to understand if they have staffing requirements in other departments.
  • Plans: create plans to address client's business needs Retention
  • Replacements: identify clients who have recently had staff resign and ensure that a replacement has been activated — replacement rate minimum
  • Re-engagement: Working towards prevention of disengagement of clients and working towards re-engaging clients who have already disengaged


Relationship Building

  • Extenal Clients: Research and build strong relationships with existing clients who have validated growth opportunities. Use every interaction as an opportunity to maximize the clients spend.
  • Internal Relationships: Leverage off internal relationships to identify potential opportunities and historical data. Consult with management on business trends and future opportunities.




Qualifications / Skills


  • Demonstrated experience in partnering closely with clients through a relationship style of account management.
  • Ability to pick up systems quickly and efficiently — CRM experience essential.
  • A proven track record delivering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong customer service focus. with excellent communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong time management skills — you enjoy juggling competing priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions quickly.
  • Pragmatism, sense of urgency. goal orientation and a drive to achieve.
  • A desire for continuous learning and ability to pick tasks quickly Strong work ethic and team focus.
  • Ability to think 'outside the square', and a good sense of humour.
