In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exemplary customer service and admin support to members
• Covering all front desk duties
• Welcoming potential members and hosting centre tours
• Ensuring centre and facilities are well maintained
• Networking with members and supporting events logistics

Prerequisites for the role include:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office operations, centre management, or customer service roles
• A warm, friendly, and positive personality that shines through in interactions
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience in serviced offices or the hospitality industry is a plus
