As the Client Relations Manager, you’ll serve as the bridge between our clients and creative teams—keeping communication clear, projects on track, and relationships strong. You'll manage everything from day-to-day coordination to strategic check-ins, all while championing thoughtful service and seamless execution.
What you'll do:
– Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication and consistent check-ins
– Manage meetings, assets, and project logistics to keep workflows running smoothly
– Track and organize project details using ClickUp and other tools
– Collaborate with directors on proposals, scopes, and timelines
– Facilitate honest, helpful communication between teams and clients
– Support presentations, monitor project progress, and flag any issues early
– Coordinate internal meetings and assign tasks across departments
– Maintain an inviting client-facing office environment and prep meeting spaces
– Assist with billing, financial tracking, and client satisfaction reporting
What you bring:
– 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role
– Strong communication and time management skills
– Confidence in Google Suite and project management software
– A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
– A friendly, service-first attitude that clients and coworkers genuinely enjoy
