DreamingCode is seeking a reliable Client Relations Coordinator to join our small, hardworking team immediately. The CRC will undertake administrative tasks, communicate directly with clients, and support our internal project management team members and global partners. The Client Relations Coordinator ensures a consistent and smooth-running client experience from first contact through project completion and ongoing support.
Position Roles & Responsibilities
You are local (Boston area) and are able to come to work in our office
You have worked under tight deadlines
Communicate frequently with clients via phone, email and conference calls to assess the services they need while documenting interactions
Create instruction materials for the team to perform functions required for each client account
Work with internal global partners to create, manage, and track tasks to best suit the client's needs
Participate in performance improvement measures when action is required
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree Required preferably in Computer Science or Business
1-3 years of work/internship experience in technology, business, marketing or client relations
Excellent communication/customer service skills, energetic and eager to learn
Computer proficient; ability to learn new systems with ease
Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone, email and text
