As part of the European Cartier team, the Client Relations Center coordinator will work closely with senior management teams to provide assistance with administrative tasks, teams support & accompany the development of the Amsterdam platform as a strong Relational hub of excellence within the Cartier Maison.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Assist the Head of CRC in various tasks and projects
• Coordinate, organize and follow major teams’ events, external visits in partnership with concerned departments and projects
• Support our department in special projects/initiative and ensure their coordination
• Provide seamless support to leadership teams.
• Support teams in day-to-day operations
• Organize, execute, and assist with activities (staff meeting, all-hands meetings, on-sites/off-sites, and team social events).
• Ensure qualitative communication internally to inform, update and promote activities and projects within the CRC
  
  

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Strong organizational skills & time efficiency
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to lead and coordinate different projects
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and roles
• Ability to take initiatives
• Areas of study in communications, business management/development or hospitality
• Luxury background is a plus
• English mandatory as main working language
