Your role
Do you have the ability to write clearly and accurately analyze situations you are reading about? We are looking for Client Relations Intake Specialist and Case Manager with the following abilities.

  • Manage a diverse workload that includes the analysis of a complaint based on allegation at the time of receipt and helping to craft a relevant response to close complaints.
  • Prompt communication with branch staff and business partners about clarifications that may need to be made about the complaint and steps towards resolution or notifications regarding filings.
  • Understand regulatory requirements surrounding FINRA coding and the resolution of client complaints.
  • High-level writing skills so that client complaints are recorded correctly and resolution is clearly communicated to our clients.
  • Willingness to learn new computer systems and programs that are key to recording and researching client complaints.

Your team
Client Relations is responsible for overseeing the intake and resolution of both written and verbal client complaint cases. Your role will focus on both sides of that work. This hybrid role requires exceptional organization, clear communication, and time management skills. You must be able to multitask and prioritize between your work assignments and clearly communicate with management about division of time and outstanding tasks. The Client Relations representative must have the ability to work independently where needed and yet identify the appropriate opportunities to collaborate on matters and ask questions when guidance is needed and then incorporate the instruction given.

Your expertise

  • Experience within the financial sector
  • Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and experience in the financial services industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
