Role Description
This is a full-time in-office role for a Client Relations Manager in Lehi, UT. The Client Relations Manager will be the primary point person for clients with ad hoc needs as well as ongoing deliverables. This person is responsible for preparing contracts, maintaining client records, executing agreements, and providing support on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
General knowledge and understanding of private client/personal financial services industry.
Familiarization with entity structures (trusts, partnerships, corporations, etc.)
Ability to be proactive and anticipate issues and problems and work quickly and proactively to solve them
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus

Knowledge of industry terms and business structure
Research and analyze various topics and exercise critical thinking skills to find solutions
Extensive experience with CRM platforms preferred

Experience working with custodial assets
