Mission

The Client Portfolio Manager Assistant team is seeking support to manage the considerable workload resulting from sales requests for PowerPoint presentations, the creation of new slides, and the handling of general information.

The Fixed Income CPM unit consists of 4 CPMs, which are part of the front office fixed income team.

The CPM Assistant will gain an understanding of the Fixed Income team's organization, products, and investment processes/approaches across the business unit. The position will start in July 2025.

Responsabilité

Key tasks include:

• Acquiring knowledge of various marketing materials and the investment unit
• Participating in a few internal meetings to understand the work environment
• Supporting the team with Standard Due Diligence and Request for Proposal
• Assisting with other tasks based on needs, such as analysis and creating tailor-made marketing materials
  
  
  

Profil

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing with an interest in finance

• Fluent in French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, with a focus on creating and enhancing presentations
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude
• Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
