The Opportunity As a Customer Success Manager at TrueFan AI, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients after their first project with us - ensuring they unlock the full power of our AI-personalized video platform, deepen their relationship with TrueFan AI, and scale their use cases - transforming one-off pilots into long-term, high-value partnerships. With our proprietary AI tech, CMOs can leverage just 20 minutes of shoot time with any celebrity and create -

1. Hyper-personalized videos for customers (with names, offers, location etc.)

2. Infinitely scalable AI content in 175 languages.

3. End-to-end video content for performance marketing ads If you want to be at the forefront of AI, creativity and marketing transformation, this is the opportunity to shape the future with us.


Key Responsibilities 1. Account Management: Own relationships with executive stakeholders (CMOs, Brand Heads), proactively align TrueFan AI solutions to their business objectives.

2. Growth and Renewal: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell initiatives; secure renewals to grow account value. 3. Customer Advocacy and Enablement: Gather and relay customer feedback to Product, Creative, Engineering; Run training, best-practice workshops, adoption roadmaps with clients

4. Performance Monitoring & Risk Mitigation: Define and track account KPIs; flag at-risk clients; drive corrective actions.

What We Are Looking For 1. 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS/digital marketing/AI)

2. Proven record in enterprise adoption, retention, and expansion.

3. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. A builder mindset - comfortable in high-speed, high-growth environments
