Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strategic & Adaptable: Thrives under pressure, expertly manages competing priorities, and navigates complex client needs.
- Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in French and English, with polished presentation and negotiation skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and quick to learn our platform.
- Client-Focused: Handles high-stakes interactions with professionalism, diplomacy, and confidence.
- Detail-Oriented: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize outcomes.
- You enjoy working independently and taking the initiative but know when to ask for support from your team. This role specifically will see you working 70% working on Coty; the French beauty powerhouse, and one of Redmill’s largest clients. You will be expected to travel to Paris once a month for f2f meetings with your main client contacts. Therefore, building a good working relationship will be paramount in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- As a Senior Global Account Executive, you’ll be working closely with a Global Account Manager and Director and will be the lead point of contact for Coty.
- Owning the Client Relationship—Being the main point of contact for high-value global clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Delivering Projects with Precision—Managing complex projects, making sure everything is on time, accurate, and runs smoothly.
- Mastering Our Internal Products—Using our data tools to manage client data, track progress, and provide insightful reports.
- Building Trusted Relationships—Becoming a trusted advisor, both to clients and our internal teams (Tech, Operations, Media), always working towards the best solution.
- Stakeholder Management—Managing relationships with key external stakeholders, including media agencies and other third-party partners.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting—Monitoring client performance, using KPIs and SLAs, and preparing regular reports to demonstrate ongoing value to clients.
- Handling Multiple Tasks—You’ll be juggling a lot at once, so your organisational skills will be key in keeping everything on track.
- Travel—Occasional travel to meet with clients or attend key business meetings/events, as needed.
You Will Have…
- Either Media Experience—Whether from an advertising agency, client management, or media investment background, we value diverse experience in all forms of media. OR a background in Fin Tech, SAAS Solutions, Ad Ops -This sort of background will present the candidate as someone who is comfortable working inside digital platforms and has a ruthless attention to detail.
- Analytical Mindset—You’re detail-oriented, love crunching numbers, and have a natural ability to spot trends and patterns.
- Exceptional Organisation Skills—Managing multiple tasks and clients, all while keeping track of the details.
- Confidence and Resilience—You’re not afraid to tackle tough clients and tricky situations. You stay calm under pressure and find solutions quickly.
- Advanced Excel Skills—You love working with data! From Pivots and V Lookups to slicers, Excel is your best friend.
- Excellent communication—Fluent in French & English is crucial.
