We’re looking for a Client Manager to join our team in Amsterdam and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
As a Client Manager focused on the Dutch market, you’ll be responsible for growing and nurturing strong commercial relationships with media agencies and direct clients, ensuring Seedtag’s solutions are top of mind for local advertising strategies.

  • Represent Seedtag in the Netherlands by building and maintaining trusted partnerships with media agencies and direct advertisers.
  • Promote Seedtag’s contextual advertising solutions, tailoring our offering to meet local client needs and campaign objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, crafting proactive proposals, and delivering consultative sales pitches.
  • Leverage your understanding of the Dutch media landscape to engage non-digital and digital stakeholders, unlocking value across traditional and modern channels.
  • Manage and develop an agency portfolio, understanding their client mix, organisational structure, and key priorities to build long-term collaborations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Insights) to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in media sales, ideally with exposure to both digital and non-digital environments.
  • A proven track record working with Dutch clients and a solid understanding of the Netherlands media market.
  • Existing relationships with media agencies in the region – an established agency network is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • A curious mindset and desire to grow within a fast-paced, international, and innovative adtech environment.
