Join our team in Naperville, IL as a Client Manager and be the key to building strong, lasting relationships with our valued healthcare clients! In this on-site role, you'll be their trusted advisor, providing tailored compliance solutions and driving their success, ultimately contributing to their retention and our growth. Your ability to clearly communicate value and effectively solve problems will have a significant impact in the healthcare industry.

As a Client Manager you will:

  • Drive Client Growth: Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand client relationships by cross-selling and upselling our comprehensive compliance solutions.
  • Forge Trusted Partnerships: Serve as a strategic advisor, offering personalized service, expert guidance, and consistent support to ensure our clients achieve their compliance goals.
  • Maximize Client Loyalty: Proactively understand and address client needs, efficiently manage service adjustments, and implement effective strategies to minimize churn and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver Tailored Value: Leverage your understanding of client challenges to provide customized solutions that optimize their operations, enhance patient care, and guarantee regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main, day-to-day contact for your dedicated portfolio of healthcare clients.
  • Establish strong rapport and build trust with key healthcare decision-makers through personalized service and consistent, proactive communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals and provide proactive, solution-oriented guidance to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships through strategic upselling and cross-selling of MedPro Disposal's comprehensive services.
  • Continuously monitor account health and client satisfaction levels, promptly addressing any issues to ensure high retention rates and minimize churn.
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients and facilitate account growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, billing, and support teams to guarantee exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally, balancing client satisfaction with sound business needs.
  • Ensure all client interactions and account information are accurately and up-to-date within our CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Continuously stay current on the latest healthcare compliance trends and relevant regulatory changes.
  • Utilize market insights to better serve clients and provide valuable feedback to inform internal strategies.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of demonstrable success in client management, account management, or B2B sales. Prior experience within the healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals and building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and effectively address client concerns.
