About the Role:

We’re hiring a Client Manager to oversee day-to-day execution and strategic direction for a portfolio of political and advocacy clients. This role requires equal parts organization, communication, and insight. You'll guide client programs from concept through execution—managing deliverables, collaborating across teams, and ensuring programs hit their goals on message, on budget, and on time.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead weekly and monthly client calls, set agendas, and drive discussions
  • Own the content planning process—including drafting calendars informed by data and brand strategy
  • Coordinate and send content for client approval, track feedback, and manage edits
  • Proofread and schedule emails, SMS, ads, and other content deliverables
  • Develop and deliver ad/media plans, finance plans, and reporting decks
  • Help generate pitches and proposals for program expansion or new initiatives
  • Track and maintain domain reputation and email deliverability
  • Oversee list segmentation, acquisition, and hygiene efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and quality remains high
  • Drive program ideation and campaign strategy rooted in performance data
  • Ensure program operations stay aligned with client objectives and growth targets


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in client management, political campaigns, or digital marketing
  • Confident communicator who can lead calls and build strong client relationships
  • Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (email/SMS tools, ad platforms, fundraising CRMs)
  • Ability to juggle multiple programs and timelines under pressure
  • Strong alignment with Republican causes and campaigns


Bonus Points For:

  • Background in digital fundraising, media buying, or campaign operations
  • Experience producing reports or strategy decks for client presentation
  • Knowledge of list growth tactics, email compliance, or domain reputation best practices
