Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams during integration projects
• Analyze client requirements and develop customized integration solutions using APIs, webhooks, and other technologies
• Implement, test, and troubleshoot data exchanges between client systems and internal platforms
• Collaborate with product and development teams to improve integration processes and capabilities
• Document integration steps, solutions, and best practices for both internal teams and clients
