Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Client Intake Coordinator in Golden, Colorado. This role is primarily focused on client intake coordination and involves extensive interaction with clients and management of their inquiries. Our industry calls for proficiency in Case Management Software, Legal software, and other specific skills related to client assistance and administration.
Responsibilities
- Managing client inquiries and ensuring effective follow-up
- Utilizing case management and legal software for client and case tracking
- Assisting clients with their concerns and queries
- Administering claims and managing client intake processes
- Overseeing calendar management tasks related to family law proceedings
- Coordinating with other teams for efficient client service delivery
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records
- Monitoring client accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a Legal Support role
- Proficient in using Case Management Software
- Familiarity with various Legal software tools
- Ability to assist customers effectively and professionally
- Demonstrated expertise in Calendar Management
- Experience in Claim Administration
- Knowledge of Family Law is required
- Proven experience in Client Intake process
