About us:

We are Resistant AI, a fast-moving startup where things happen quickly, and decisions are made just as fast. We believe in taking initiative—better to ask forgiveness than permission—but don't worry, we keep it organized and collaborative. If you love the thrill of building and iterating, you will fit right in!

And what do we actually do? We protect the AI and automation systems of modern financial services from manipulation and attack. We do so by forensically analyzing everything from the documents submitted by customers to the ongoing behaviors they exhibit while using the service to uncover and prevent serial fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering and as yet unknown financial threats operating at scale. This is our founding team's second startup, and we closed our series A investment round led by Google Ventures, Index and Credo Ventures. More information about us can easily be found here Resistant AI.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Client-Focused Data Analyst to be based in Prague. This role offers a unique opportunity to start in a supportive, behind-the-scenes environment of the Operations team, learning our tools, workflows, and data processes and gradually grow into a more client facing position. Over time, you will join meetings, learn how our clients operate and use data to help solve real business problems.

What will you be doing?

  • Start by learning: You will begin in our Operations team, getting familiar with our systems, tools, and detection data processes.
  • Work with training data: You will help analyze and maintain high-quality datasets that power our fraud detection capabilities.
  • Evaluate model performance: You will analyze real production data and identify trends, issues or data drift, helping ensure our models stay accurate and reliable
  • Collaborate with internal teams: You will share findings to support better technical solutions and stronger business outcomes.
  • Gradually grow into a client facing role: Over time, you will begin participating in client meetings and learn how to translate analysis into clear business impact.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role (e.g. operations, analytics, QA, or fraud analysis) is a strong plus
  • A curious and analytical mindset: You enjoy solving problems, spotting patterns, and understand how things work.
  • Someone who’s comfortable around data and technology: you don’t need to code all day, but tools like spreadsheets, dashboards, or SQL shouldn’t scare you.
  • A strong communicator who’s excited by growing into more client interaction and learning how product, business, and tech fit together.
  • A team player who is eager to learn, ask questions, and share ideas.
  • Previous experience in data analysis, analytics, or business intelligence is helpful, but your motivation and mindset matter more than having a perfect CV.
  • Fluent English (C1+), additional languages are a bonus!

What do we offer?

  • The chance to work alongside top professionals in the field with 17+ years of experience
  • A culture that values critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration
  • A fast-growing company where your ideas and contributions matter
  • Flexible working hours and home office options
  • Modern working environment in the center of Prague
  • 5 weeks of vacation + sick days
  • Regular team events, sports activities, and a great group of people to learn from
