As well the ability to lift 50lbs once in a while. Forklift skills bonus. Knowledge about flooring, mortar/thinset, cement, grout, Schluter products, Wedi products are bonus. Also knowing the process or part of the process in prepping and finishing all types of floor is also bonus. Any knowledge of tile work using Schluter and Wedi products is again a bonus.
