Location: Wortley, Leeds (LS12) will be required to work between various Yorkshire practices and be able to drive

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Experience Manager to lead and elevate the entire customer journey across all touchpoints. This is a pivotal leadership role for a confident, polished professional with a background in premium hospitality or luxury retail. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for service excellence and have the ability to coach, develop, and inspire our front-of-house and aftercare teams to consistently deliver outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the full client experience — from initial contact through to post-treatment follow-up
  • Develop and implement service protocols aligned with our luxury brand standards
  • Train and mentor front-of-house and aftercare staff to uphold best-in-class service delivery
  • Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support ongoing development
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and ensure an impeccable standard of presentation
  • Resolve client concerns with discretion, empathy, and effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and leadership teams to align service strategy with business goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, or another high-touch customer-facing role
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, professional presence in a client-facing environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional and memorable customer experiences
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
