At the moment we're looking for a
Client Experience and Office Manager who's outgoing, organized, and passionate about hospitality. This role is all about creating amazing first impressions and ensuring both our clients and our team have the best possible experience.
What you will do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client visits—creating a welcoming, seamless, and high-quality experience
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Sofia's dining, hospitality, and event scene to book restaurants, hotels, and local experiences that create memorable visits for clients and guests
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a tidy, organized, and fully functional workplace
- Prepare the office for client visits, including setting up meeting spaces, refreshments, and materials to ensure a polished and professional environment
- Order and manage office supplies, snacks, and refreshments to maintain a comfortable and productive environment
- Act as the liaison with external vendors (cleaning services, maintenance, supply partners, etc.) to maintain service quality and resolve issues
- Support team events, internal meetings, and special projects that enhance company culture and client satisfaction
What we expect:
- At least 1 year of experience in office management, hospitality, executive assistance, or a similar client-facing role
- Previous experience in event planning and organization will be considered an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Outgoing, charismatic personality with a natural flair for making people feel welcome
- Strong local knowledge of Sofia, including restaurants, hotels, and venues
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident with basic tech tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, calendar tools, etc.)
- A team player who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful and functional office
