Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and manage configurations for Windows, iOS, and Android clients using Intune. * Collaborate with security teams to implement Microsoft endpoint security stack via Intune. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues for Windows, iOS & Android client engineering. * Use Microsoft Graph API to automate Intune tasks, manage devices, and generate reports. * Implement Power BI for creating custom reports from Intune data. * Create and deploy PowerShell scripts for device configurations, automation, and troubleshooting. * Track device compliance and produce reports to monitor performance and security metrics. * Leverage Intune's remediation features to proactively identify and resolve common support issues before they affect end-users. * Keep current with the latest trends and technologies in endpoint management and security.
