Qualifications & Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 💼 Minimum 6 years of experience supporting IT End User Services.

Certifications :

• ✅ Microsoft Certifications such as:
• Microsoft 365
• Endpoint Administrator
• Managing Modern Desktops
• Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Azure Administrator
• MCSA / MCSE
• ✅ ITIL Certification, with strong understanding of Change, Problem, and Incident Management processes.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• 💻 Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Group Policy, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Active Directory (Trusts, Sites and Services), DNS, DHCP, DFS.
• 🔐 Knowledge of Modern Authentication architecture (e.g., Single Sign-On between cloud-based & on-premises systems).
• 🖥️ Hands-on experience with End User Technologies such as:
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
• SCCM / Intune / MECM
• Windows 10/11 deployment and support
• Unified Communication & Collaboration tools
• 📦 Software compatibility testing & assessment on Windows devices.
• 📱 Device management platforms (e.g., Intune, Windows Application Controls).
• 🛡️ Technical knowledge of Microsoft Purview Information Protection.

Additional Skills:

• 🧠 Experience in solutioning, architecture, and design of Client Computing OS / VDI image engineering.
• 🤝 Proven ability to collaborate and deliver projects across cross-functional teams.
• 🏦 Prior experience in a banking or financial institution is a strong advantage.
• 💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
