This role involves engaging potential home buyers and sellers on behalf of real estate professionals, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into business opportunities through effective communication and structured follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound real estate leads via phone calls and text messages.
• Utilize predefined scripts to gather key information such as timeline, location, budget, and real estate interests.
• Assess lead readiness and take appropriate action, including connecting qualified leads with real estate professionals.
• Log all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Consistently follow up on unresponsive leads using structured call and text plans.
• Strive to meet performance targets related to lead conversion, engagement, and response time.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize lead management and customer engagement strategies.
  
  

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – must be confident and professional on the phone.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, client management, or hospitality.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities – able to handle multiple leads effectively.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently.
• Experience working remotely and in a self-directed environment.
• Interest or experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
