Responsibilities:
1. Attend to incoming and outgoing calls
2. Develop strong understand of our business to introduce our services
3. Learn details about our product and service offerings
4. Track and follow-up with potential customers, and convert to new sales
5. Identify and research potential clients
6. Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to converse well in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess minimum Diploma, higher will be advantaged
2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience, preferably in Customer Service/ Telecommunications industries
3. Hardworking, positive attitude and committed to work
4. Computer Data Entry Knowledge
5. Able to multi-task & willing to learn
6. Able for Daily Task Complete
7. Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (Preferably)
