Position Overview

As a Client Advisor for jewelry, you will deliver exceptional, personalized experiences to customers across various platforms, including in-person and virtual appointments, phone calls, and live chats. You will guide customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring their needs are met and creating memorable experiences aligned with the company's luxury standards. This full-time, onsite position is based in the Fairfax VA showroom.

Responsibilities Of The Client Advisor

  • Engage customers using expert product knowledge and sales strategies to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Manage a high volume of sales leads via email, live chat, and phone calls, achieving individual revenue targets while maintaining a luxury service standard.
  • Assist with post-sale services, including exchanges, resizing, and pick-ups.
  • Confirm appointments and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with leadership to review customer feedback and enhance the overall experience.
  • Maintain a secure and welcoming showroom environment, adhering to company policies.
  • Open and close the showroom as needed and utilize the company's ERP system for daily tasks.
  • Represent the brand as an advocate for sustainability and ethical practices in jewelry.

Required Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor:

  • Proven passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to shared success.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail boutique or high-touch customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
