Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Client Acquisition Manager to help expand our global client base. You’ll be focused on identifying and connecting with both fast-growing startups and established companies that are looking to scale their teams remotely in the Philippines. Whether they’re exploring outsourcing for the first time or optimizing existing operations, you’ll introduce ProSource’s solutions to key decision-makers and build strong, long-term partnerships that drive growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn and targeted email campaigns
  • Qualify leads and drive initial conversations to present ProSource’s solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and campaigns
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, with accurate tracking in our CRM
  • Clearly communicate the value of our EOR, BPO, and workforce management services
  • Provide regular updates and insights on outreach results, conversions, and market trends


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in client acquisition, lead generation, or business development—preferably in the outsourcing, offshoring, or remote staffing space
  • Proven track record of engaging with international markets, particularly in Australia, the U.S., and Europe
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across cultures and regions
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive in driving pipeline growth and conversion
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives, founders, and key decision-makers


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm PHT
