About The Role
Title: Client Account Manager
Role: Full time, permanent
Location: Near Chester, hybrid
Salary: up to £31K per annum depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the go-to person for your client portfolio—building trust and making magic happen.
Run engaging digital demos to show off awesome tools and features.
Spot chances to upsell and help clients get the most out of their experience.
Gather feedback and turn it into gold (aka real improvements).
Collaborate across teams to resolve issues quickly and with flair.

Prior account manager experience
Sales experience would be beneficial but not essential
