Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth by optimizing campaigns, identifying upsell opportunities, and increasing portfolio value over time.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty while maintaining open communication throughout the partnership.
• Collaborate with the Client Success team and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
• Act as a voice for the customer by identifying pain points and collaborating with the Product team to share actionable insights and solutions.
• Work closely with the Publisher team to coordinate existing and future products, ensuring they align with client demands and contribute to mutual success.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience.
