Responsibilities
Drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth by optimizing campaigns, identifying upsell opportunities, and increasing portfolio value over time.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty while maintaining open communication throughout the partnership.
Collaborate with the Client Success team and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
Act as a voice for the customer by identifying pain points and collaborating with the Product team to share actionable insights and solutions.
Work closely with the Publisher team to coordinate existing and future products, ensuring they align with client demands and contribute to mutual success.
Qualifications
Exceptional client-facing skills with a proven ability to build rapport, influence, and negotiate effectively to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills—someone who can manage multiple accounts and projects without needing constant follow-up.
Comfortable with data analysis, leveraging Excel to drive decisions and optimize client outcomes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, actionable solutions.
A proactive, self-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently while staying open to feedback and collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience.
