Role Description: Client Relationship Manager – Hospitality & Branded Hotels

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Client Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in managing project relationships with hotel owners, operators, and brand representatives. This position involves overseeing project lifecycles, coordinating internal teams, and acting as the primary communication link between stakeholders for both ongoing hospitality projects and new developments. The focus is on ensuring brand compliance, smooth coordination, and timely delivery for high-end, branded hotel assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow trusted relationships with hotel developers, operators, and brand partners (Taj, Marriott, Hyatt, etc.)

• Coordinate daily communication between clients and Abinitio’s architectural and interior teams

• Manage timelines, milestone tracking, project documentation, and operator/brand inputs

• Handle brand-specific design compliance, submission cycles, and approvals

• Support pre-opening tasks and post-handover client servicing, including snag management

• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and coordination reviews as needed

• Monitor project progress, flag risks, and propose actionable solutions

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in client servicing or project coordination within hospitality or architecture

• Exposure to branded hotel development (Taj, Marriott, Hyatt, Lemon Tree, etc.) is a strong advantage

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in leading client calls and meetings

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up capabilities

• Knowledge of hotel design workflows, operator requirements, and brand standards

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with project tracking tools is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Hospitality Management, Interior Design, or Project Management

• Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision
