As we grow, we’re looking for sharp and proactive Account Managers to own relationships with our customers and ensure they succeed with CodeRound.


🎯 What You’ll Do
  • Be the face of CodeRound for our startup and enterprise customers
  • Onboard new customers and ensure smooth activation
  • Understand hiring needs and help them get the most out of our platform
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, interviewers) to deliver results
  • Track account health and proactively resolve issues or blockers
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships that lead to retention and expansion
  • Collect feedback, spot upsell opportunities, and improve customer success playbooks

  • ✅ Who You Are
    • 0-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Process-oriented and highly organized — you follow up, follow through
    • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing expectations
    • Bonus: experience working in a B2B SaaS, HRTech, or recruitment/startup ecosystem
    • Even better: some exposure to tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, LinkedIn, Airtable, etc.
