Job Title: Cleanline Technician I (Temporary – Weekend Shift, 6-Month Contract)
Location: Boulder, CO
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$24/hour (based on experience)
Reports to: Production Supervisor or Manager
Contract Length: 6 months
The Cleanline Technician I is a temporary, six-month contract position responsible for operating and maintaining automated cleaning equipment used to prepare optical components. This weekend shift role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to cleanroom and safety protocols.
Work in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment, strictly following safety and quality procedures
Inspect optical components and cleaning equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance
Handle and load delicate optics into specialized tooling and cleaning systems
Operate cleaning equipment and conduct routine maintenance, including chemical changes and cleaning tasks
Accurately read and follow detailed process sheets
Collaborate with Production, Facilities, and Engineering teams on scheduling, maintenance, and process improvement projects
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Lift and move materials up to 25 lbs as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience in a cleanroom environment is desirable, but not required
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
