Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee our cleaning operations during the 1st shift, Sunday through Thursday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team during the 1st shift. Train and mentor staff to ensure adherence to company standards. Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Address client or staff concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain schedules and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts. Report maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel. Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or facility management. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols. Availability to work Sunday - Thursday, 1st shift hours.
