Position Summary:
This position is responsible for data entry and data processing in our field pay department.
- Pay: Starting at $17/hr depending on experience
- This position is full-time (40 hrs/week) - Hybrid schedule (Monday and Tuesday in office and Wednesday - Friday work from home - after training)
- Our offices are located at 1215 Manor Dr., Suite 101, Mechanicsburg, 17055
- The hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm. No weekends.
- Benefits start on Day One.
How You'll Make An Impact
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performs basic claim handling functions to include data entry, bill payment, preparing and filing various required forms.
- Will make calls to the Department of Labor
Work Traits:
- Ability to operate in a team environment with the expectation of improving and contributing to the offices overall efficiency and success.
- Able to maintain strict confidence regarding information contained in assigned work.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year transferrable work experience within an office environment.
- Excellent written, verbal and mathematic skills.
- Working knowledge of current PC software such as Word and Excel. Familiar with medical terminology.
Desired:
- One year administrative experience and a strong understanding of MS Excel
