What you’ll be doing:
Work as part of an integrated strategic claims oversight team responsible for:
Workers Compensation Support
Review all new incidents reported
Evaluate and generate claims when appropriate
Tie incidents to the TPA claims feed
Triage all new incidents including investigations with the business
Manage all report only and medical only claims to conclusion
Coordinate return to work process including job offers, pay, documentation of status in RMIS system
Documentation for Reasonable Accommodation requests
Track and document disability periods in RMIS system
Track and document litigation data in RMIS system
Workforce planning utilizing ODG guidelines and other resources
Manage WC Claims data for OSHA reporting
Communicate with various stakeholders
Assist with HR tickets
Manage team mailboxes as requested
Document all activity in RMIS system
RMIS Support including management of claims data and tracking of claim KPI’s
Automobile and General Liability Support as needed
Other tasks as required
What you bring to the table:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
1-2 years of business experience, preferably insurance-related
