Job Summary:
This is a 12-months full-time contract position. The successful candidate will be joining our Claims-Motor Team in Hong Kong office and to assist the Team Manager in motor claims handling
Main Responsibilities:
Handle incoming documents
Sort documents by policyholder, filter receipts and categorize into folders for scanning/uploading onto system
Dispatch payment advice, payment summary, cheque, shortfall letter
Scan documents, dispatch cheque and arrange courier service.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Main Requirements:
Tertiary educated with minimum 1 year's working experience
Prior relevant experience gained from insurance industry would be advantageous
Positive working attitude and willing to learn
Detail-oriented, well-organized and good team player with strong sense of ownership
PC proficiency in MS office
Fresh graduates will also be considered
