A dynamic private engineering consulting firm specializing in industrial facility design is seeking a Civil Structural Engineering Manager with deep experience in marine and industrial facility design. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) looking to oversee technical teams, manage multi-disciplinary deliverables, and contribute to both execution and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering design for marine and industrial structures including docks, wharves, mooring systems, and terminal infrastructure
• Lead structural analysis and the preparation of detailed construction drawings (e.g., pile-supported platforms, retaining systems, concrete and steel structures)
• Provide technical oversight during construction and serve as a liaison for project stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams spanning civil, structural, mechanical, and geotechnical disciplines
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to quality assurance and process improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Active P.E. license required
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure design, including marine or heavy industrial environments
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and structural engineering software
• Familiarity with terminal structures, mooring systems, and material handling facilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with industrial clients and project stakeholders
