Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil Structural Engineer based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing civil engineering projects, conducting structural analysis, and overseeing the structural engineering aspects. Daily tasks include creating detailed engineering plans, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The role will also involve collaborating with other engineering professionals and stakeholders to deliver project requirements efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles
• Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering
• Skilled in Project Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
