Position: Program Manager- Civil Engineering

Location: Miami, FL- 33132

Salary: $150-195k

MUST HAVES:

• B.S. in civil engineering or related field
• 8-10+ years of civil engineering experience with demonstrated experience in site-civil design and K12/higher education facility projects
• 5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful projects
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management principles and tools, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively managing relationships with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

Plusses:

• Professional Engineer (PE) highly preferred
• Master's degree
• Bilingual in Spanish

Day to day:

The Program Manager will directly support a higher education client in Downtown Miami. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing capital improvement programs, rehab/upgrade projects, or similar initiatives at the K-12 or university level. The Program Manager will lead the team, managing resource across projects, and ensuring proper execution based on client needs, schedules, and budgets. They will provide oversight and coordination, effectively communicating with stakeholders and maintaining quality standards.
