talented Civil Engineering Manager for our Municipal group to join our

offices. The ideal candidate would have experience with wastewater

treatment facilities, drinking water supply, and/or urban transportation

design or construction. Job Responsibilities -Setting goals, monitoring,

and implementing short and long-term vision for team as part of the

annual business plan -Managing scope, schedule, technical requirements,

contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for

the entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through project

delivery -Leading and mentoring colleagues on transportation related

projects -Developing and maintaining client and stakeholder

relationships -Communicating effectively internally and externally

• Assist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining staff
• Administering the JT Quality Assurance process for all projects
  
  

\*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Job Requirements -A

Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited

university -10+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading

projects -A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin

or ability to obtain PE -A valid driver\'s license and reliable

transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend

conferences -To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without

time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the

country where this position is located -To occasionally travel

out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or
