M&S Engineering, LLC is seeking a qualified and innovative Civil Professional Engineer (P.E.) at The Woodlands, Texas location with experience in the design of public works projects (electric power, roadway, drainage, water distribution, wastewater collection, etc.). Responsibilities: Participate in the planning, design and construction administration of electric infrastructure facilities/projects Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections, and assist with data collection, compilation, and assessment for utility infrastructure projects Prepare reports Develop design plans, specifications, and cost estimates Analyze processes based on field investigations, drawings, and specifications, and perform calculations Review and prepare federal, state, and local permit applications Perform construction observation and field engineering services Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering 3-5 years' experience preferably in a consulting engineering environment in infrastructure facilities/projects. P.E. license in the State of Texas is required.
