Qualifications And Requirements

• BS Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer TX license
• 7+ years of engineering experience in design and management of TxDOT and municipal projects
• Proficiency in Microstation, GeoPak, Open Roads Design, AutoCad & Civil 3D
• Familiarity with TxDOT and municipality procedures, policies, and standards
• Leadership qualities, including excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and the capability to lead and manage entry-level engineers and designers
• Problem solving skills
• A desire to grow personally and professionally while mentoring and supporting the growth of the team
  
  

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Serves as a Project Manager responsible for project delivery and overall client satisfaction
• Oversees and prepares plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates
• Responsible for overall supervision and quality of those projects which are assigned
• Assure projects are completed within the allocated period of time and within the budget that has been assigned
• Plan, organize, and supervise the work of our civil engineers
• Assist in business development activities, marketing, and industry events
