What You'll Be Doing

• Manage land development projects from initial design to final approval.
• Lead a rockstar team and collaborate with clients to deliver top-tier results.
• Handle budgets, timelines, and all the technical aspects with precision and leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and develop your own skills to take on bigger challenges.
  
  

What You Need

• 3-5+ years of experience in land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (this is a must!).
• Michigan P.E. preferred (or in progress).
