Job Description

• Managing Civil team and CAD Standards
• Supervising and performing civil design that includes street analysis, planning, geometric design, conceptual layouts, grading, stormwater management, and utility plans.
• Supervise, coordinate, write and edit specs, drawings, reports, and data sheets for projects.
• Preparation of contracts, cost estimates, plans, and details specs.
• Technical completion of civil project services and project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule.
• Perform quantity calculations and produce engineering analytical data and related information to assure the design and any technical reports are accurate.
• Review local, state, and federal regulations
• Project Management and management/mentorship of Jr engineers on staff.
• Writing and pricing of technical proposals
• Lead quality and CAD standards for the operation.
• Supervise 2-4 Engineers
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed PE
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning codes, and approval process as it relates to civil engineering
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Holmdel,NJ.
