Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Prepare and review 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Ensure work is executed as per design and specifications.
• Modify and update drawings based on site or client inputs.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Estimate quantities and costs of materials and labor.
• Conduct quality checks for materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Maintain accurate stock and material inventory records.
• Verify material quality and quantity at the time of delivery.
• Issue materials to the site as per project requirements.
• Keep drawing files and site documents well-organized.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
