Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing land development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will collaborate with planners, architects, surveyors, and construction professionals to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget, while complying with all relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare conceptual and detailed civil engineering plans for site layout, grading, drainage, roadway, and utility systems.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations for stormwater management.
• Develop construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, public agencies, utility companies, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and construction oversight as needed.
• Support project managers in scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking.
• Assist in preparing proposals and attending client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in land development or site civil design.
• EIT/PE preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and hydraulic modeling software.
• Knowledge of local development codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
